Cal Raleigh Reveals Partnership with Honey Bucket amid 'Big Dumper' Nickname
One of the most obvious possible star athlete-business endorsement unions in the world finally became reality Wednesday as Seattle Mariners catcher Cal "Big Dumper" Raleigh has officially signed on to join the team at Honey Bucket, a producer of portable restrooms and other amenities.
"This exciting collaboration brings together two names that stand for grit, reliability, and performance under pressure," Honey Bucket's press release states.

"Whether it’s behind the plate or behind the scenes at construction sites, community events, and stadiums, both Raleigh and Honey Bucket share one mission: deliver when it counts."
Raleigh and Honey Bucket's porta potties probably have different definitions of "performance under pressure" and "delivering when it counts," although they're invaluable all the same.
Not only is Raleigh leading the major leagues with 38 home runs, but he just won the Home Run Derby while serving as the driving force of a 51-45 Mariners team that's current holding down second in the AL West and the final AL Wild Card spot as well.
Raleigh is also in the AL MVP conversation, albeit behind New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge at the moment, although the fact that he's produced a league-leading 38 home runs and 82 RBI at the catcher position is phenomenal in its own right.
In the meantime, off the field, Raleigh is getting recognized for his work. The Big Dumper has picked up a quick endorsement befitting of his nickname, but now he looks toward leading the M's to a strong second half and a playoff appearance.
Up first is a crucial three-game home series beginning Friday against the first-place Houston Astros, who lead Seattle by five games in the division.
